  Where do I start everyone in this place tries to avoid doing any type of work. All of the machines for the self printing do not have labels. FedEx needs to pay more attention to their employees.

  I had to pick up an order Jul 22 6:30pm a woman with glasses behaved very rudely too much I would say I spoke to myself in a rude way my surprise was when I spoke very kindly to the next person I attended in Spanish I felt discriminated against, When that happened she covered her name with her hair it's not professional at all

  Staff was friendly & helpful. They were able to get my packages packed up & shipped out, & they arrived on time. I would definitely visit this location again

  Very upsetting experience. I came here to ship important USCIS documents and paid over $130 for shipping, only to be treated terribly. At first, I made the mistake of not bringing my ID, so I had to go back and forth by Uber because the shipment was very urgent. When I returned with my foreign passport, the situation became even more stressful. I interacted with two different employees, and the experience was confusing and unprofessional. I presented my foreign passport as government-issued photo ID for a domestic shipment. One employee went through my passport looking for visas, which felt invasive and completely unnecessary for sending documents within the U.S. as I’m clearly sending out immigration paperwork (to uscis). He also said they were “making an exception” for me, which made me feel singled out and confused, even though a passport is a valid government-issued photo ID. He was also rude throughout the interaction, which made an already stressful situation much worse. To make it worse, he entered/spelled out only part of my legal name instead of my full double last name, which is especially stressful when dealing with immigration paperwork. For the amount I paid, I expected basic professionalism and care with sensitive legal documents. Instead, I left feeling stressed, embarrassed, and worried about whether my shipment was handled correctly. This location needs better training on foreign passports, domestic shipping ID requirements, accurate handling of legal names, and respectful customer service.
