  If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would!! From the time that I reached the counter I was met with a very unpleasant welcome from the Asian guy, who I assume to be the owner. As I opened my phone to get the barcode for my Amazon order, he gave off a very irritated and impatient demeanor. For my second order, it required me to print out barcodes. Since this was my first time needing this type of barcode, I printed it prior to arriving and showed the man once I got there so that he could advise on how to properly apply it to the box. The man irritatedly placed two bags on the counter and told me that I needed to put the barcodes inside, and called for the next customer. I asked if he had scissors adnd he pointed to the right and told me to take them. At this point, I am still at the counter, yet, he is assisting the customer who came in after me instead of finishing with his current customer. I cut and place the two barcodes in each bag and tell him that I was finished. Again, with a very irritated demeanor tells me that I need to place the two barcode bags side by side on the box. I do so and this man gets upset and pulls one of the bags off to readjust it. I say to him, "you literally just told me to place them side by side. You're being very unprofessional for no reason." In a very angry, short tempered, and nasty tone, he yells, " THIS IS YOUR JOB! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO THIS!" So I reply, "and I am your customer! If I am asking you for your help, you're supposed to help!" I told this man that he was very unprofessional and rude and that I will NEVER in my life ever come back to his business. The entire time that I'm speaking on his unprofessionalism, he's still arguing with me. Mind you, he caught an attitude just to put the label in the same EXACT spot that I had it the first time around! I snatched my receipt and left! While I do understand that this is a family owned/run business, they make the UPS franchise as a whole look horrible! Absolutely disgusting!

  The man who appears to be the owner is shockingly mean. He’s been there for years and must be reading these reviews, but he’s always so short with customers. I wish there was another UPS closer but I have no option but to go this store so I prepare myself to be treated poorly.

  This UPS store is the worst I've been to and that's saying something. It seems their objective is to waste your time and get you to pay for something, anything with your Amazon return. They actually told me that I needed to buy a box to put a box into. If you can opt for any other return or other UPS I suggest that you do so.
