You then explain what you need and she will start mumbling and saying things underneath her breath because she’s upset she has to do the job she signed up for and does terribly because she had to leave watching her movie for a moment or end her loud conversation on the phone.

I went into this office for my passport, I originally had my appointment for the hartsdale location but unfortunately they had to move my appointment to this location because they didn’t have a clerk. I had no problem going to a different location until I was waiting on line and I was told since I wasn’t on her appointment list I had to go back end of line because I’m not priority. This women needs to have a better attitude and communication to be working in this setting. Never coming back
