- BBBri1 day ago5.0Love the customer service here!!
- MMMichelle MOct 8, 20262.0UPDATE: the package I had to tape together came back to me. The employee who sent it out never took the other label off like He said he would. I’m really annoyed now. The customer service I did not receive today is beyond all my experiences at a UPS Store. There was no assistance, rude directions, the cashier person tried to tell me my shipping label had directions as to how the two boxes needed to be strapped together. I had read all the directions before I went to the store. I had to buy a roll of overpriced tape and tape the two heavy boxes together. Any other store I have gone to would have just taped them together with their packing tape. So disappointed.
- CCcarol craneOct 4, 20265.0I had a return for Amazon and went to the UPS store on rt30 in Amsterdam. Apparently, Amazon prefers rent a center ... That's new to me. The staff at the UPS store, Aiden and Marge were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to the women who went above and Beyond to help !!
