  Need help printing forms from government website? Peyton has tenacity & patience! It took multiple attempts ( I am not great with technology) lol! She deserves acknowledging! Truly all employees at Sweethome & Sheridan Dr are awesome! This location recommended by another consumer when i was at unhelpful fed ex ! Thanks again Peyton

  Made an appointment for notary services. When we arrived we were told there was no notary.on duty. Please don't offer the service and schedule appointments if it isn't available. We could've gone somewhere else and had our documents done in time if we knew there was no one on duty at this location.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I came in with two returns that were specifically designated by the retailer as UPS no-box/no-label returns. I had looked up eligible UPS drop-off locations beforehand, and this specific location was listed as a location where I could bring these returns. The employee told me that this particular location could not accept them and insisted that because the QR codes contained “HR,” they were Happy Returns. She told me I would need to go to another UPS location. I tried explaining that I also had a completely separate Gap return that was specifically designated as a Happy Returns Drop-off, while these two returns specifically stated UPS. After leaving, I contacted UPS Customer Service directly to clarify the issue. UPS confirmed that the two returns are not Happy Returns. They are UPS returns that use box-free and label-free conveniences. I was also particularly confused by being told that this location does not accept this type of return because, in addition to the location being listed when I searched for an eligible UPS drop-off point, I successfully completed the same type of return at this exact location only a couple of weeks ago. If the location's participation has changed recently, that should be clearly communicated. There was nothing posted on the door or elsewhere informing customers that these returns were no longer accepted. I have a disability, so driving to another location and making an unnecessary additional trip is more than a minor inconvenience for me. This caused significant frustration, especially because I had checked the eligible locations beforehand and followed the return instructions I was given. I hope management can clarify whether this location actually stopped accepting these UPS QR returns or whether there was simply a misunderstanding by the employee. I also hope staff can be given accurate information about the distinction between UPS no-box/no-label returns and Happy Returns so other customers aren't unnecessarily sent somewhere that cannot process their return.

  I already go out of my way to go to a further UPS location because of how slow the service that I’ve experienced is at this location. This morning I called to see if they have a notary, when the man answered he immediately put me on hold. After about 3 minutes, the line disconnected. I called back, and when the man answered he rudely said “I still need you to hold.” And the call immediately disconnected. I tried calling for a third time, it sounded like he picked up right away but there was nothing but silence. The Buffalo location has a notary if anyone else is wondering, and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of their customer service.
