George was helpful and let me know! I was able to purchase packing service at a reasonable cost that saved me from driving back home. Customer service goes a long way and I appreciate George being ahead of the game and looking out for his customer!

Dave and Matt were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. They answered all my questions and made everything quick and easy. They also saved me a long drive by helping me ship the battery-powered item here instead of sending me to another location. This UPS Store is actually farther from my house than other UPS locations, but the outstanding customer service made it well worth the trip. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future shipping needs. Thanks again, Dave and Matt!
