- PHPaul HoeflichJun 17, 20265.0I visited the East Robinson location in North Tonawanda, NY today. The store was very busy, and I was greeted by an employee by the name of Lee. She was incredibly friendly to myself and all of the customers before me in line. Lee was not only great at her job, her customer service was 10/10. I was having a lousy day until I had the pleasure of Lee simply asking how my day was going and treating me like a valued customer, not just another person standing in line.
