  I come to this UPS location almost every day with around 20–30 prepaid packages. I have repeatedly felt that one female employee avoids helping me, while the male employee is usually the one who assists me. On my most recent visit, she told me I needed to use the kiosk because I had “too many packages” and that helping me would take up other customers’ time. The store was not busy, and she even came out from the back to help another customer who arrived after me while I was still waiting. When I questioned why I had to use the kiosk, she said she could choose not to serve me. She also accused me of “throwing” packages at her when I was simply placing them on the counter, then changed it to saying she “felt like” I was throwing them. When I tried to explain myself, she responded with a dismissive, condescending smirk and interrupted me. My issue is not simply being asked to use a kiosk. It is the repeated pattern of being treated differently and made to feel like a burden for asking for normal counter service. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS and asked management to review the surveillance footage and clarify whether customers with 20–30 packages are actually required to use the kiosk.

  I stopped by today to make a return, but I didn’t catch up her name. The lady who worked there was extremely rude and impatient. She turned around while I was still talking, and there were no other customers in the store at the same time. I don’t understand why she was so rude and rushed. That was a very bad experience, and I’ve never had anything like it in the store.
