- JRJenene Ronick5 days ago5.0Terri is the kindest postal employee. This is a crazy busy post office from April to September as there are no post boxes at homes in Anagansett so everyone is getting their mail and packages. Mix that in with people who need an hours appointment to have a passport and people who are waiting to ship packages and it turns into a long wait with a line of cranky customers. They’ve always been understaffed and super busy. It’s not the employees fault!

She is insanely rude, mean and obviously hates interacting with people. If you have questions or need the slightest bit of help she refuses and throws a hissy fit. I would rather sh*t in my hands and clap than have to deal with this post office again.
- PZPalesa ZuluAug 8, 20261.0I went there to collect my package since it was not delivered to me coz we don’t have a mailbox and she said we should open a mailbox we can’t keep on coming there all the time we told her we are working here and we renting the house so in two months time we won’t be here so it doesn’t make sense to open a mailbox now and she said she will look for our parcel and call us when she gets them but with mine she said she thinks it’s has been returned but to me the status says it’s there. We returned home and later that day I was told the package is being sent back i went back again the next morning she said if it’s being sent back that means it’s gone she didn’t bother to check . Meaning the first time I went there the package was still there and they took it back after I have spoken to her to please check my parcel and I wanted to ask her to check one last time maybe it’s still there but she was like if it’s being returned it’s not here she didn’t even give it a chance to check and she doesn’t give you a chance to listen to what you’re saying but to people she knows she’s so nice and helps them right away. I was for frustrated because if she had looked for the parcel the first time we would have gotten it back but no it had to be returned because apparently she didn’t have time to check our parcels when we came she said she’s too busy.

They are chronically understaffed - the higher ups should have at least 1 if not 2 more people working here, given the volume. It's so nice to have a post office in person; we are always running into old friends. It's just part of what makes Amag. special
