- AAASep 12, 20261.0The woman at the front desk needs to be fired. She is incredibly rude, has extremely poor customer service skills, and couldn’t care less about the needs of others. Twice now, I have gone in to find her MIA - one of the times she was outside talking to a friend (on the clock mind you, while customers were waiting inside to be helped). Highly recommend going elsewhere, even if it’s out of your way. Honestly, I’m sure she would appreciate that too considering she has absolutely no desire to do her job.

She doesn't even say hello just nothing. You walk in and she yells out. Do you need a receipt. She won't even look at you. Won't even be kind. It's 10:32 in the a.m.. And every time I've stopped by she's just had a mean mug and so aggressive. I hope whatever she's going through it eases up for her. Because it's such a bad look to be in a government place of employment and be so awful and so uninviting. And in my opinion it always smells so beautiful when I walk in there. How could you be that miserable?.
