  Due to drivers inability to read addresses and the extremely rude woman who answered the phone at your establishment, we get to keep the amazing oven that was incorrectly delivered to us. One star for an utter lack of caring. Hire better.

  Team was great!! Erik was extremely prompt, helped us out in a pinch with some prints. Always easy to return items here. Highly recommend!

  My family and I have been using this store for Amazon returns since it opened. Never had a problem before with it. The guys in there are always friendly and everything was smooth. My father went to return a coat today and the employee gave him the receipt showing two items returned: The coat, and an electrical cord he was returning to Amazon. Both items shown on the receipt. When he got home, his Amazon was showing that the cord was returned but the coat wasn't. He called up the store and they said they have no clue where the coat was. The worker had another employee go and check the truck and they said it wasn't there. My father, now realizing something was obviously fishy, decided to go in person and confront the workers. The worker there said they have no clue where the coat was, and when my father told him he returned it just hours previously and showed him the receipt, he told him "prove it". Prove that it was returned. One can only assume what the ploy was here. My father returned home and was preparing to contact the authorities when he checked his amazon again and lo and behold, all of a sudden the coat was showing as returned. That will undoubtedly be the last time we use this store and I would caution anyone who uses it to ensure you have your receipts in order and maybe even record your trip in and out to ensure nothing "fishy" like this happens to you. Edit: I felt it necessary to provide an update in regards to the owner's response. This is a complete shifting of the blame and a very clear attempt to make me seem to be some belligerent. I do not fault them for this as it is their business and rarely do people have the integrity to admit when they're wrong. I am well aware of how the Amazon returns process works. I've been using Amazon for many years, as I'm sure we all have. The issue was that the worker said that they had no clue where the package was despite it being returned only hours before, and then telling my father to "prove it" that it was returned, despite that same employee handing my father the receipt when he returned the items. This was not a lack of understanding on my part. This was an employee being childish and confrontational because he either was up to something fishy or he's not adult enough to admit he goofed up. As I said, I don't fault the UPS Store owners for trying to twist it back around on us. No business wants reviews that make them look bad. Their story however, is just a clear attempt to make us seem hostile and ignorant. As I said originally, never had a problem before. Every time we've been there before this incident, the workers were always very friendly and it was quick in and out process. However, I am not some bumbling fool with no command of the English language who will allow a patently obvious lie be levied at my father and I. It wasn't ignorance on our part. It was incompetence at best or fishy activity at worst on theirs.
