- HCHalfway CrooksNov 24, 20251.0I ordered a package from japan to be shipped to my parents house. After ordering I find out my mother is back to work and won't be home to sign for it. No worries I think and change the delivery to have the package held at the local store(this one). I get charged an additional fee after which the change to delivery goes though or so it says. A couple days go by and the tracking shows delivered and rejected to someone named Erik, I don't know an Erik and it doesn't even list the address it was attempted to be delivered to. After calling the store and support I'm told the import fees weren't paid which they were and when I re select the payment link it shows paid(because it is). I call the international support line and they confirm everything is paid and that they will have it sent back to the local store. I get an email today that my package is back at customs and will be sent back to japan or disposed of. When I try to file a claim it won't even let me do that. I have never been so thoroughly let down by any delivery as I have this one with zero attempts actually made to help.
