- PNpinocchio notfrompittsfeldMay 2, 20265.0Such a difference from when this location was staffed by 2 of the most rudest people ever to wander into the area of customer service. I work near there and when those two women (now retired, thankfully) manned the window, I boycotted the place because of their attitudes. However, the new staff is nothing short of friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, they are one of the better post offices in the area now based on the staff. For those wondering where to find it, follow directions on the concourse to the Corning Tower. It’s on the right, before you get to the tower.

The employee Justin is really nice, helpful and answered all my questions with patience. I had a number of questions related to priority mail service, and different sizes of priority mail boxes they have at this location, and Justin is really knowledgeable, professional and excellent! I would definitely go back to this post office if I need help with any other questions or if I need to send out any package.

- LSLou SterAug 31, 20204.0The post person there, when I went, was very nice and helped me to deliver a package. It is a small space. Only one person working there when I went. It took about 6 minutes to get acknowledged, even though I was the only one there, because post person was so busy, but she was worth the wait and good at her job.
