I came in to handle an important matter and was not given a tracking number or any confirmation. When I returned for help, I was met with careless responses and no sense of responsibility. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when people are trusting you with important documents. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, and I won’t be returning to this location.
