They lost two packages (one was scanned, one was not) of significant value and when I reported them missing I did not receive a follow up. The most recent one from February and the one before was at least six months ago. I'm being ghosted by the company for them losing my products. I stopped bringing my business to this location and am looking to make a carrier switch all together
