- WJWillis JMay 22, 20261.0Cory tried to tell me I need a rental agreement in one of two zip codes to open a personal mailbox at this location. I went to another location and they tried to say the same thing. Both of these locations are in violation of national rules that state as long you have proper ID/proof of address, you can open a USPS mailbox in any state. Anthony, the postmaster needs to do a better job informing his employees.
