We went in and our questions were answered promptly!
All the Women in there were courteous, polite and very helpful.
In fact, it was a very pleasant experience as there was a Manager who was very friendly and engaging! The Lineup was processed very quickly!

Wanted to move my mail box from the community mail box to one on my property which is literally across the street and they have to drop off packages there when they don't fit anyways. They did not even consider it despite sharing that info. They just said no. It doesn't make sense if they are coming over anyways.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to formally express my frustration regarding repeated poor customer service experiences at my local USPS office in Winnemucca, Nevada. As a loyal USPS customer and frequent commercial shipper, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect when conducting business. During my recent visit, I attempted to select both the print and email receipt options on the self-service computer. However, I was interrupted and denied the opportunity to complete this process by an employee (not wearing her nametag either) who was assisting me. Meanwhile, during this time, the postmaster was addressing another customer about not being able to find their packages and had made a rude comment to other customers, stating, "Thank you for waiting in line; not like you have a choice anyway." It was a very short and snippy comment that would have been better left unsaid. Meanwhile, as I was being denied my right of getting my receipt in both print and email options due to needing this for the better organization of my business and the fact I have a right to it, hence why it's a universal option offered in the first place, this employee that was supposed to be serving me rudely says that she automatically selected the option because "she needed to help the person behind me." Mind you, I had barely even been at the counter for 2 whole minutes! She was very much implying by her horrible treatment and attitude that my transaction and concerns were less important! As a business owner who ships frequently through USPS, I have access to my preferred receipt and documentation options. I should not be rushed through a transaction or denied the freedom to choose available receipt options simply because another customer is waiting behind me in line that she wants to show preferential treatment to over the customer in infront of her! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced dismissive or disrespectful behavior at this location. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with not feeling heard or valued despite the amount of business I bring to USPS on a regular basis. I would appreciate this matter being addressed appropriately so that customers, especially frequent commercial shippers, are treated with professionalism and allowed to fully complete their transactions without unnecessary interference (i.e., abuse of power) or rude treatment. I expect this to be resolved immediately so my experiences into the future are better and not filled with needless denial and an exuberance of uncalled-for harassment!
