She simply rushes you out and suggests changing your appointment for no reason; she offers no options and just treats you poorly. People like her shouldn't be running an office as important as the USPS. I hope something can be done about her, because I doubt I’m the only one she has treated so arrogantly. I am certain there are others she has treated just as badly as she treated my husband and me.
