  I had a very mixed experience at this location this morning. We came in to get a document notarized and were initially helped by Kevin Orr. He was incredibly rude, ignored us multiple times, and rushed through the notarization process without being thorough at all. We realized we had brought the wrong paper, so we had to come back in shortly after. Kevin seemed visibly annoyed to see us again, ignored us for a solid 5 minutes before printing the new document, and then ignored us again when I told him directly that we needed a new notarization. Thankfully, another employee named Becky stepped in and completely saved the visit. She was so kind, stopped what she was doing to help us, and was incredibly thorough. She double-checked our signatures and asked if we needed an acknowledgment or a witness—crucial steps that Kevin completely skipped. Huge thank you to Becky for her professionalism and kindness, but management really needs to address Kevin’s customer service UPDATE: I am updating my review because my experience with this store just escalated to an alarming invasion of privacy. After I left my initial review, an employee named Kevin misused my personal information from my transaction to text my private cell phone and threaten me. In his text, he complained about his personal work schedule ("worked about 105 days straight with 3 days off"), admitted he hesitated processing my document because it was in a "foreign language," and explicitly threatened me: "I find your vindictive, incorrect portrayal of this event insulting and I will be pressing charges for defamation of character." It is completely unacceptable for a business to extract a customer's private phone number to harass and threaten them over a review. I have reported this privacy breach to The UPS Store corporate office. Avoid this location.

  I always go here and the staff have always been nice. Today was pretty exceptional though, and what prompted me to leave a review. It’s the first time I’m shipping back a really heavy (~70lbs) package. I asked to borrow a dolly from them, and not only did they let me borrow it, they even proceeded to help take the package from my car and bring it in.

  I love this store all the employees are so friendly give great service and efficient I won’t go anywhere else my go to for 6 years
