Driver called shortly after the earliest delivery time and was by himself. He didn’t accept any help, was extremely polite, and did a wonderful job. The installation and removal were on the second floor! We were extremely impressed!! This is the second or third experience I’ve had ordering appliances from Costco and receiving via XPO and each time I’ve been completely satisfied.
