  This probably isn't the fault of their employees but I still can't get over the fact that they charged me $20 to pick up my own property that was sitting on the counter between the clerk and I. This happened a few months ago but I had already paid $20 online to have a package intercepted and when it arrived at the Stardust location and I arrived to pick it up, the clerk told me that he had to charge me another $20 for "postage" just to take the package. Postage for what ? I wasn't mailing it again. I was merely claiming it, putting it in my car and taking it home. How can you charge postage for something that's already been shipped ? So, I paid EBay $15 for shipping, $20 to hold the package, and another $20 to pick it up for "postage". It's the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever heard of in my life. Charging someone to take their own property ? If anything, they should be paying me $20 for the work I saved them, it's one less package they have to deliver. I just wanted to pick it up from the Post Office instead of having it delivered. How can UPS only charge $20 a year for unlimited package holds and USPS charges $40 for every package intercept ? I called customer service as the clerk suggested and they told me the Stardust location would probably be calling me back in a few days but they never did. What a racket.

  literally can hear everyone in back and two people have already walked out and i’m next in line. My Money Order was “lost”!!

  I had to send a pretty heavy package (60 lbs) and went in before I brought the item in to check on pricing and make sure they'd be able to help me and the lady (I didn't get her name) was very unhelpful. I told her the dimensions and weight and the budget I had to send it. She told me to bring everything in and so I did, and then basically told me "boxes are over there" which didn't help me at all and then ignored me when I tried to ask her a few questions to see exactly what I needed to do. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

  Postal employees will actively not help you, swear at you, and then tell try not to get supervisors so that they can continue to speak towards customers inappropriately.
