Several times, I have gone in there expecting a long line, and there's no line at all. I think the longest time I've waited is about 10-12 minutes. If that's a long time for you, then maybe check out "Let us Mail" down the street.

I have had so many important pieces of mail improperly returned to sender despite having all the names listed on my box paperwork.
