- RRRebeccaYael3 days ago1.0Can I give negative stars? To tell you the whole ordeal would be more than you want to read and more than I want to type. Suffice it to say, unfriendly, unhelpful, will not go back. And kinda inclined not to use UPD anymore after that experience. Go to the Staples on the other side of Walgreens. Super helpful. Super friendly. And won't charge you $5 to print and shipping label.
