I walked in braced for the usual logistics experience—gray counters, faint tape-dispenser squeaks, and the vague, lingering anxiety of missing an apartment number—and was instead greeted by pure, unadulterated heart. First, let’s talk about Jenni. Jenni is a wizard. Calling her efficient feels like an insult to the art form she has created behind that counter. She approaches a stack of chaotic, oversized boxes with the kind of creative vision usually reserved for master sculptors or high-stakes origami champions. She doesn't just package your items; she crafts a protective, structural masterpiece around them with speed, flair, and genuine kindness. Then there’s Deep, who operates with a level of warmth that instantly de-escalates whatever mild panic brought you through the front doors in the first place. Deep turns routine address verifications into absolute masterclasses in customer care, pairing hyper-attentive service with a bright, welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang out in the lobby just to hear him offer advice on shipping options. Together, Jenni and Deep run this shop less like a shipping terminal and more like an elite squad of friendly logistics concierges. Five out of five stars. If you have a package to ship in Reno, bring it here. Even if you don't have anything to ship, wrap a empty box in tape just to experience what true customer service feels like.

  Can I give negative stars? To tell you the whole ordeal would be more than you want to read and more than I want to type. Suffice it to say, unfriendly, unhelpful, will not go back. And kinda inclined not to use UPD anymore after that experience. Go to the Staples on the other side of Walgreens. Super helpful. Super friendly. And won't charge you $5 to print and shipping label.
