- JOJake Oscarson1 day ago1.0The man at the front with the long hair and glasses is EXTREMELY RUDE and reaks of marijuana. He acts like you being there is a nuisance, he rolls his eyes and talks about customers under his breath. Not to mention every time I go there for an amazon return the self service kiosk is out of order or offline. Please avoid this location at all costs! You will leave there in a bad mood even if you were happy when you walked in. That man should not be working with customers! I see the majority of complaints going back 7 months or more are all about the same young man. You respond saying you take customer complaints seriously and that you will address the problem and yet he still works there and he is rude to EVERY customer who walks in there. Maybe you should really take these complaints seriously and actually do something about it!

He took care of things for me that I never imagined could be done! He did it all with a great attitude, happy to do it and just so outgoing! I will call the store and ask to speak to his supervisor and repeat what I just wrote!👍✌️
