  I frequently have good experiences at this UPS store. Today, a young fella named Sam went above and beyond to answer all my questions, help solve my problems, and was excellent to talk to and made my experience a lot smoother

  These guys were great. Tyler was exceptional in his assistance in packing some very difficult materials.

  1 star. I've been a customer here for years and it used to be a great store. Not anymore, thanks to one specific employee who is consistently horrible to deal with — rude, unhelpful, and just doesn't care about the customer in front of him. I've raised this with the store before, and the manager assured me the employee would be retrained and that this wouldn't keep happening. It continues to happen. That "assurance" turned out to be empty. Based on other recent reviews, I'm clearly not the only one dealing with this. If management keeps saying they'll fix it and never does, that's on them too.

  Sam, the associate working there, help me so much. I was stressing out trying to get last minute errands done before my vacation and I forgot to print the return label. He offered to print it for me if I emailed it to him and offered many options to help me with my dilemma. He was a great help!

  Tyler at the Keystone store was an absolute gem. I came in somewhat overwhelmed with a bundle of packages to send out, Tyler managed to help me over the course of 20-25 minutes, organizing and shipping everything to several different relatives while also assisting several other customers. He helped me navigate to the best options for me, and even when I ended up spending a bit more than I expected coming in, Tyler was incredibly patient explaining my options and alternatives and made me feel like I was getting a good deal.
