- BOByron O2 days ago1.0Out of every UPS store I have visited this one seems to be nickel and dimming every customer they charge $1.00 dollar to simply to put a piece of tape on your package. Every single UPS store I have visited and shipped hundreds of packages out of. I have never been charged a dollar to have a package taped. I would not recommend visiting the store as they will nickel and dime for every single thing they can charge you for. I recently moved to the area and I ship packages on a regular basis and pay for labels in store to help the small business owners operating the store. I was also happy that I had a UPS store within walking distance of my new apartment I just moved to… I’ll be happy to go support another ups store that will not nickel and dime me for every little thing if that means spending extra gas to got to a different location in this economy. Keep in mind that nickel and dimming your your customers will leave them with a bad experience and will likely scare them away from the store

I called to make sure there was a notary present, and was told that both employees were notaries, so there is always a notary present. I went in and was helped by Tiffani, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She notarized my document and went over pricing options for overnight service. She was super efficient and very personable. I've only been in the one time, but based on that, this location is a crown jewel for UPS. Great job and representation Tiffani!
