- EBEthan BJan 19, 20261.0I recieved a judgment on my property about 2 years after closing with these guys because, a wrong box was checked on 1 of the 10,000 papers I signed when closing on an investment property. I had about $6,000 worth of bills and fees, that had COMPOUNDED in interest from the City of Reno. When I called First American Title they said: "Sorry! the person that made the mistake doesn't work for us anymore, would you like us to call the city and change your mailing address?"
- DJDaniel JonesAug 6, 20211.0STAY AWAY. They inserted the name of one of their EMPLOYEES on my payoff statement right above my name! This interfered with my refinance statement, having to go through hoops to explain why this random person was on my statement. This is a pretty big screw up, and I suggest you stay away from such a sloppy company
