- RSRaja SinghMay 29, 20261.0FedEx delivered multiple large boxes in absolutely unacceptable condition. Nearly every package arrived crushed, punctured, torn open, and heavily damaged. Several boxes had large holes through the cardboard, ripped corners, crushed sides, broken straps, and visible exposure of the contents inside. One of the boxes was literally split open enough to see the product through the packaging. This was not minor cosmetic wear from normal shipping. The damage clearly shows extremely rough handling during transit. These were large, heavy items that should have been handled with care, yet the boxes looked like they had been dragged, dropped, or stacked improperly multiple times. I am very disappointed with the level of care taken by FedEx, especially considering the condition of all the packages in the shipment. When customers pay for shipping of large equipment, we expect the items to arrive protected and intact, not looking destroyed upon delivery. I documented everything with photos immediately upon arrival. FedEx seriously needs to improve handling practices and accountability for damaged shipments like this. The driver seemed like a cool person, so nothing against that person. Overall their operations are no where near UPS. I agree go with UPS.

Should be able to return a package at any FedEx location like their competitors allow. I would rate lower but the staff was nice and gave me the address and number to the other location.
