The woman waiting on me was extremely nice. However; there was a long line, and they have a sign in front saying disabled people get first come first serve. After waiting about 20 minutes a woman walked up with a package and directly to the employee, jumping ahead of everybody. Right behind her were two other women, who apparently were not disabled. The people in the line were so upset, and I asked the employee what was the deal with that line? She said that's for disabled people. I asked how they know if somebody's disabled, and she said we just have to take their word for it. I am 100% for disabled people getting first come first serve, but these people that cut in front of the line we're obviously not disabled. Some people just like to take advantage. This is not fair. I was waiting for a fight to break out cuz the line of people were so mad. This needs to be fixed

I visited this post office today to send a certified letter and had an unpleasant experience that management should be aware of. I was standing in line, ready to be helped, when a man who had not been waiting in line walked through the doors and went directly to the counter when the clerk called for the next customer. The postal employee appeared to witness what happened but did not address it. The individual was not prepared for his transaction and spent time looking through his phone at the counter before being asked to step aside so the next customer could be helped. When I calmly pointed out that he had cut in front of me, he became loud, confrontational, and attempted to argue rather than acknowledge his behavior. As a woman, this was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Management should be aware that many customers, especially women, may feel unsafe at this location due to aggressive individuals frequently present in the area. While I understand employees may not want to escalate situations, customers should be able to wait in line and conduct business without being intimidated or forced into confrontations. I encourage management to review customer safety procedures and ensure line-cutting and disruptive behavior are addressed before situations escalate. Women visiting this location should remain aware of their surroundings.

Everyone is great however if you see a middle aged asain lady behind the counter she is not the best at her job. For some reason only going to her my hold mail could never be located last time her supervisor came and assisted and luckily found it. I was grateful however if I had her, I already knew she was coming back empty handed. Glad to have my mailbox fixed because the month my mail had to be on hold, even with informed delivery it could rarely ever be located at post office when I would come in.
