Ignorance if I’ve ever come across it! No one is ever at the blue door! Lines are forever and a day and the workers in general are unapologetic and nonchalant!

9:20am on a week day and they haven’t opened the window that’s supposed to be open at 0830. Already takes a day and a half of waiting in that line to pick up packages this office refuses to deliver. Takes even longer if there is no one manning a window that’s supposed to be open. It’s comical how this specific post office is notorious for being unacceptably slow and ineffective.

Everyone there sucks. Had Everyone waiting in line at the blue door including me for over 1. None of the staff looks happy to be there and no one knows anything lol. They had employees in the back laughing and one of them had airpods on. Maybe private usps is for the best

My manager visited the Meadow Mesa location on Wednesday to arrange for a new mailbox key. We were told our mail would be held there temporarily and would be available for pickup on Friday, with me listed as the secondary pickup person. When I arrived, instead of being helped, I was repeatedly chastised because the ZIP code written on the pickup ticket was supposedly incorrect. I looked up our address, and the ZIP code listed was correct according to Google, but the employee continued repeating that it was wrong without allowing me much opportunity to explain why I was there. When I finally asked what I needed to do to simply pick up our mail, I was again told about the “wrong” ZIP code—only to eventually find out that this location does not even service our address and our mail was being held at a completely different post office. After unnecessary back-and-forth, I was finally given the correct location. Before I left, the employee made a point of writing the ZIP code in huge numbers across the paperwork, despite the fact that the actual issue was that whoever completed the ticket on Wednesday had sent us to the wrong location. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and condescending. A simple explanation that our mail was being held elsewhere would have resolved the situation immediately.
