  Horrible customer service from the tall hispanic woman in this establishment. I enter and the 2 employees are engaged in their own conversation. An elderly lady was struggling carrying a box to the counter. We both needing help at the same time broke up their convo. As i approached the tall employee she looked me up and down in an unpleasant way. Zero warmth. She at least said hello. I stated that I needed to return a cell phone. She grabbed the box and I held my phone up for her to scan what AT&T sent me. She immediately says u need to print the label. I said AT&T told me u all can print it. She said no but we have a computer u can log into your email and pay $5 for 5 min and print the label. Her phone then rang. She answered and began speaking to them. Looked at me like bye see you later ma'am. Now I know for a fact a friend of mine at another location had a pleasant employee print a label from behind the desk at no charge for her. I recently had my wallet stolen and do not have any cc's on me. I did not think I'd even need cash or money for this transaction. I guess her taking time to print the label would cause too much work for her. This is not an establishment I'd ever return to. Her entire mannerisms were rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. Where did all the good to decent customer service go in this world? I tell u where it isn't.... THIS WHACK UPS STORE!!!

  UPS is an awesome & versatile shipping company. Not only does the company make it an easy process for returns, one can also send out faxes, print & shred documents & more! I've been doing business with UPS for over 30 years

  I like ups and the employees at the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish the franchise store provided the discount benefits from having an online account. I try using my benefits from my account and wasn't able to. But the customer service is great

  this location should be ashamed charging $27 for two crappy passport photos that took the front desk worker less than 5 mins to take and print. What a joke. Will never use this location again.

  Went in to fax 3 pages. Quick and easy, associate was kind all the customers were being attended too. Well run place.
