  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just want to take a moment to recognize this UPS Store and the entire team. Every employee I’ve encountered has been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. You can genuinely see how hard they work to help everyone, often multitasking and using any downtime they have to get customers taken care of and in and out as quickly as possible. They consistently maintain such a positive attitude, even when the store is busy, and they treat everyone with kindness and respect. It’s clear that this is an awesome team that truly cares about providing great customer service. Honestly, seeing some of the other reviews is a little sad because my experience has been completely different. Sometimes I think people don’t realize how much employees are juggling behind the counter. I appreciate this team and the effort they put in every day. Hands down, an awesome store with an awesome team!

  HEADS UP!!! Staff is usually nice and helpful. Used to be. Lately not so much. Besides NOT being as helpful and professional, they neglect to tell us that their ups shipping warehouse that they use in north Las Vegas is shutting down soon, therefore packages are getting trapped there and NOT shipping out for weeks and even months due to complications and problems at the warehouse location. YET they keep driving new packages there, knowing this information. SOLUTION is: to make sure your packages get shipped, you need to drive them across town to a different UPS that does NOT use the North Las Vegas warehouse. There are 2 other warehouses that are still efficient and getting packages shipped to their destinations. They should tell people this or at least admit this to customers that it is a 50/50 chance your packages will be shipped on time from this warehouse due to complications at the present time. But of course they don’t and won’t because they’ll lose money if they tell customers the truth. Meanwhile I have packages stuck in that warehouse since July and I paid for 2 or 3 day shipping!!!!
