  Poorly ran, employees that are incompetent in their jobs, trying to upscale, but can't even run a card machine, not impressed by it being a UPS store.

  I visited this location Friday 9/18/2026 around 10am. The girl working there was somewhat difficult and didn't appear to want to do her job.

  First I was at US post office next door to this place at 830am they already had a long line and when I got there to the counter the lady said I'm sorry we can't print out your labels you would need a QR code from pirate otherwise you have to go to UPS store next door to print your labels So the good thing is that the UPS store is literally next door over just walking distance And when I got there no long lines the counter seems open and available so the lady was ready and saw me approached she said how can I help you I said thank you I'm here to print my Label She did that for me and it was pretty fast They charge but it was cheap reasonable price And I was able to leave my package with them So it can be pickup.. So I will definitely recommend UPS store Thankyou for being ready and kind and very fast And it was not complicated at all And I'm in a wheelchair so thank you UPS

  Nobody got turned away after the store was supposed to close. The employees stayed until everyone was helped.

  I was charged $1 to put a single piece of tape on a box. I’ve never been charged for a single piece of tape at another UPS Store. I brought my own box and my own label to return my modem router to the internet provider. I will continue to go somewhere else for service.
