- SSShadowAug 12, 20261.0This location has horrible "customer service". I dropped a package off - which was confirmed with RFID. The package was incorrectly sorted and sent to LAUREL, MARYLAND. UPS subsequently opened an investigation and ultimately issued a claim because they cannot locate the package. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS!!! As of now, I am in contact with the manufacturer/ups as there is no resolution as of late.
