Following the failure of the first delivery attempt by a different (angry) driver and the less than pleasant attitude received from the office clerk we called to complain to, Ramon delivered our product several days later and verified that our product was not damaged. He personified what I would have expected from a quality delivery service or any business around since the 1950's.
