  Elise provided exactly the kind of service that earns a five-star review. Earlier that morning, I stopped at another UPS Store with a return label on my phone. I was told it could not be scanned and that I would need to pay $3 to use the computer, plus another 75 cents to print the label. I left and came to this location instead. Elise looked at the same label, explained that it needed to be printed, took care of it, and wished me well. No unnecessary charges. No making a simple return feel complicated. She just made sure I got what I needed. There are plenty of UPS Store locations to choose from, and experiences like this are exactly why customers choose one over another. Some locations seem focused on finding another way to charge you. This location is focused on providing service. Thank you, Elise. You earned my business and this five-star review

  I've been coming here for over 10 years, and I absolutely love the customer service. The environment is always clean and welcoming, and the staff consistently recognize me by both my face and name whenever I visit. Their personal touch and excellent service are a big part of why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Tianna, Jeff & Shayla and some of the others I’ve met throughout my time here.
