- NBNone of your business5 days ago5.0I came in looking for a new office chair since the one I bought from Wayfair was complete garbage and lasted not even a year and half (spent $300 for garbage) and this location had plenty of options to choose from. I found one I really liked and the manager Bryan was the one to help us and he really went above and beyond for us! I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. If you’re looking for a new office chair stay away from wayfair they are garbage but I do recommend checking out this staples!

Bryan was very understanding of what I was looking to do to help fix the prints, and cleary communicated and directed me to Cristina, who was very patient and willing to assist me till the new prints were just right. I was allowed to email my adjusted files for printing, but even after notable adjustments on my end, the test prints were still comparable to the originals. Thankfully, Cristina kindly ran two more test prints for me , with adjustments on her end, till they were to my liking! From there I got my copies with no hassles or extra fees! Very grateful for Bryan and Cristina's willingness to let me communicate my issue, and take multiple measures to quickly and efficiently resolve it! Very satisfied and grateful for their service!
