  If you're living in 89423 be prepared for: - Misplaced packages when you try to pick them up from the post office - Misplaced Packages when you drop them off at the post office. - Your mail in you neighbors box - You neighbors mail in your box - Inability to process a change-of-address form. So the mail carrier just wont deliver mail to your new address.

  This review is about USPS in general, and not about any one specific field office. Once again, USPS has failed to appropriately deliver packages to its intended destination. My package was sent out on 04/19/2026, arrived in Reno where it was to be sent out for delivery, but re-routed to Olanthe, Kansas. Why Kansas? who knows, but it is now in the abyss of the USPS. Great job and stay off the kool aid......

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Twice now, they have closed my box for no reason and given me the run around to try to get it reopened. Additionally, I have spoken to multiple employees there trying to get this figured out, and almost every one was extremely condescending towards me. No apology for mistakenly closing my box twice, not even kindness to me for having to deal with all this. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will make mistakes and then treat you like you're the one who doesn't understand. I don't usually get upset with people just trying to do their job, but these employees have treated me so poorly, and I hope something is done about the way they talk to people.

  We used to have a pretty good delivery person. This one over-stuffs the box and NEVER tries to deliver 'signature required' mail. I work from home so am available all day. I always get notices that I wasn't available and need to pick up in person. That's a 45 minute trip into the post office and a long wait in line. Do your job!

  They picked up the phone and hung it up in my face after letting it ring for ten minutes. Shortly after thay, they took it off the hook so I couldn't call back. I was given this number to call for my new set of mailbox keys. It's a shame that people these days would do stuff like this rather than helping the customer out. That's why they'll be stuck at the bottom of the ladder their entire lives, struggling to make ends meat. When you care a little bit shows and you're rewarded for your hard work in the long run, just as I was.
