- CMCarol MontesJul 28, 20261.0Went to get a PO Box, Ellie or Elizabeth and she gave me the first option size 1 XS for 99 dollars for 3 months and form 1093. I had a baby and do not live here so I said I would come back as there was also 10 other people there. I decide to order the P.C Box online and come back the next day. She then states that she can't do it because | had the actuall form that she herself had given me the previous day and that I needed the printed one from online. I told her we didn't live here and had no printer. She then stated to go to a library. Again, not understanding we don't live here. I asked her to please let me email. her the printed form or accept the one she had on her hand filled out, she said no. I called usps and they stated that she did have the right to accept either the filled form or get an email directly from me to print and just chose not to. The rest of the workers there are great but for some reason this lady towards me specifically was not and also stood on it. Really poor behavior on her part
- KBKym BiglerJul 20, 20263.0Came for a passport appt, was given ID information that was not current and couldn't get the application processed for my son. The clerk at the window was very rude and not helpful, couldn't answer my question even though I was told she was the expert clerk. She needs more customer service training and how to actually listen and not argue with customers. Atleast the postmaster, Donald was more kind, listened to our concerns and even tried to call another location to get the correct information which is what I requested from the clerk as we made a special trip from Vegas just for this. Come to find out, I was correct all along. They are using a form from last year and if you look the official .gov website was updated less than a month ago this year. Went to another post office location in Logandale where we walked right in without an appointment and they took our documents no questions asked. In and out in 15 minutes. Only reason I'm giving Mesquite a 3 is for the postmaster that actually helped us. I'd give the passport clerk a 0 if I could.
