  They do there job but some of them get frustrated when you come in to return things over heard one of the employees talking about me as I was standing in line telling a coworker that I come in to much to return packages also one of the employees had an attitude don't remember his name tried to sell me a box bigger than I wanted so he got mad when I said I can fit it in a smaller box.....

  I recently had to ship some VERY expensive items and was beyond worried about them. Hayley, the manager, was very kind to me even though I was somewhat short with her, due to my anxiety. I apologized to her, and she was extremely gracious. Items arrived at their destination intact and were packed quite well from what the recipient told me. Shipping was quite expensive, but Hayley knocked it out of the park and her customer service was top notch.
