- DIDivine IntentionsMay 12, 20261.0I got to the post office at 8:05am & I did not realize they opened up at 8:30am stood patiently in line waiting for them to open I was the second person in line then as soon as my turn was up the old bald Asian with glasses maybe he is philopeano when I gave him my pink slip, he gave it back to me saying your in the wrong line mind you the line I suppose to be in was at least 15 ppl in the line, putting me to the end of the line , he did not have any care about me getting there early, I did not knowI was in the wrong line I was just happy I was the second on in line he was rude inconsiderate & the reason I really hate I have to ever come back to this location it’s always crowded & to wait patiently & the cashier is rude inconsiderate of my time because he has to be here for hrs he could care less about me waiting 2hrs & 25 min to pick up my letter. He literally started helping people in the line he moved me to once the lady his co worker needed help & the line I was previous in was cleared. I truly HATE coming to this post office and he just confirmed my feelings. He literally made me wait just to be on a power trip & flex the little power he has! This is a big problem

- EEEric EMar 18, 20261.0No one answers the phone after calling several times throughout the day to confirm a tracked package from Amazon. I don’t know how Amazon decided to hand off the package to usps. Already lost 3 boxes under USPS handling. Untraceable even with tracking number shows as delivered and never made it to the front door as instructed. I don’t know about the in-person customer service but this facility got two problems; Either there are thieves working at this location or they got very careless mail carriers and don’t read instructions to deliver to front door of apartment despite normal mail deliveries coming to the apartment address. I don’t know why Amazon routes orders to USPS . They don’t follow instructions and instead do their own thing.

There’s a massive parking lot so there’s always parking. all the people are extremely friendly and not forcibly friendly. They look genuinely happy to help people and I’ve never experienced any really long lines this place should honestly be five stars whoever left any bad reviews was having a bad day. Shameful.
