- DMDerek MorrowAug 11, 20264.0I'm going to be positive and round this up to a 4...The staff here that I've interacted with seem generally pleasant and helpful, and, after all, they are who we are rating. Aside from that, I think all post offices pretty much use the same playbook. They all seem to be in charge of moving correspondence around according to pretty much any designation that you designate... And relatively inexpensively, I might add, although, admittedly, I lost track of the cost of a stamp 20 years ago... But I think it's something like a handful of pocket change. It's definitely less than you would expect if you were tasked with driving a letter I'd written to my auntie Delores who lives outside of rural Chattanooga.

They mail is coming days late, like real late. At this time we are still waiting for packages from that office for two weeks. They keep putting off the delivery. Stating that is undeliverable, leaving an orange card. Yet my unit is a stone throw from the mail box. And the manager is extremely unprofessional. Has no customer service at all.
