    Shipping a 4x2x2 inch box. Unable to accept my pack because it needed tape on top. Went out to my car & put tape on it & got back jn line. "Not the correct kind of tape." Purchased tape in line & put on top of box. Then the label also covered the entire top of box, thus not needing tape at all. Meanwhile a used roll off the tape I purchased was sitting at the side of the cashier the entire time. Complete unhelpful & miserable experience.

    My experience at this branch was very disappointing. The employee who served me, an Asian woman, was very rude. She was eating popcorn while helping me and was very unprofessional. She told me they didn't print labels there, even though another employee had helped me with that on a previous visit. While serving me, she made a comment out loud that seemed to imply I was Hispanic and my etnicy, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. She also asked me to move so she could serve other customers, even though there was no one waiting behind me. I understand that policies can change, but that doesn't excuse rude or racist treatment. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously and provides better customer service.

    Two employees at the near end post office pick up area were very rude and disrespectful by harassing us with inappropriate names!! Did not want to help us and were very angry that they had to do their job and that we rang the doorbell twice. Slammed the window on us after talking back without providing their names and laughing after insulting me and my elderly father. Has no respect for their customers please do not go here if you want to be treated like dirt!! One was a very short African American female with long braids to her hip and the other one was very tall with black dreads to his chin with no beard. It seems like they have not been properly disciplined at the workplace to be speaking any kind of way to people. I’m not sure how management deals with their employees but they are not being held accountable for their actions!!!

This post office was huge, very well organized, and easy to navigate. We had some trouble using the kiosk at first, but one of the workers quickly came over to help us and was super friendly and patient throughout the process. Customer service like that really makes a difference and turned what could have been stressful into a smooth experience. Definitely appreciated the help and positive attitude.
