  My office window looks out at my mailbox, I watched the mail delivery lady place my mail in my box and left a message that she tried delivery and no authorized recipient was available. I'm in the house watching her walk by. How can you write no one is available when you didn't come to the door? Do your job!

  very friendly staff. i like that they have an extra QR printer to help with the line. (it is tucked to the left when you walk in). line length varies day to day. i am usually there around 3 and sometimes there will be a line out the door and sometimes it will be empty.

  Absolute worst post office in Vegas! Deserves zero stars. If I could give this post office zero stars, I absolutely would. As a local resident, I am completely fed up with their appalling service. The staff here are extremely unprofessional, especially the African American male employee at the counter and the Asian female employee. Relying on their union protection, they are chronically lazy, incredibly inefficient, and have a horrible attitude, showing zero respect for customers waiting in long lines. I repeatedly explained that I only needed to mail a simple certified letter. However, to avoid the extra work, the male employee deliberately tried to force the highest-tier registration fee with maximum insurance on me, which would have cost $19.70. Because of his behavior, I was forced to settle for regular mail instead. To make matters worse, I brought my own parcel tape and used it right in front of the Asian female employee. It was completely obvious that the tape roll had already been stamped with a red postal seal showing it was purchased, and it was nearly empty. Yet, she aggressively and loudly yelled at me in front of everyone: "Did you pay for this?" This was not just unprofessional; it was public humiliation. Later, at exactly 4:50 PM, she began rudely rushing everyone out, yelling incessantly: "Only 2 minutes left, in a hurry to close. Go, go, go, go home!" I felt completely bullied. On top of the terrible staff, the facilities are a joke. Their self-service kiosks are constantly broken. Worse yet, all the streetlights in the parking lot have been completely dead for years. Despite numerous neighborhood complaints, management has totally ignored the issue. It leaves customers who retrieve mail from their P.O. Boxes at night in complete darkness and an extremely unsafe environment. A quick search shows this place has a miserable 1.8-star rating. It is baffling why upper management has done absolutely nothing to address this disaster.

  Waited 40 mins to send a package out because it wasn’t something that could be done on the self service kiosk. There’s only one lady working the counter and her response to everything was how she really couldn’t do anything because she was the only person there. She started checking out my stuff, but I needed to fill the address line so I stepped aside. She started helping a pregnant woman with 2 smaller boys, and the woman had several medium size bubble mailers. The postal workers comment to her was “wow, next time go to the self service kiosk. WE only scan 10 at a time.” Then she continued to scan the remainder of the packages, which equaled out to over 10… so the comment was unnecessary. I understand these things can be stressful, but maybe that’s not the position for that employee to be placed.
