When I approach the heavy set black employee when I asked that I wanted to mail something out. He said all you have to do is read... Which was on the entrance to the door. In the window states that they don't have stamps and I came back into the store and told him I know how to read and it only says no stamps.. I was upset because he told me that I needed to read.. I asked him to fix it since every customer was entering and he said he could not ship anything since his machine is broken . Hate this kind of service
