genuinely one of the worst customer experiences. i sell trading cards and was checking the weight of my items as the customer already pays for shipping. the old filipino lady at the front takes 1 out of 14 envelopes i had and said they were not able to be shipped unless i paid 4+ dollars. while i understand that may have been the case for a card in a rigid top loader, she did not even check the rest and basically told me i was on my own. never coming back here again.

African-American lady (A) was huffing and puffing, felt like she didn’t want to be at work at all. When it got too difficult she became very hostile. I was just trying to send 4 pages letter to Europe. Would never go back! If you don’t know how everything works you shouldn’t be working in the post office.

Some of y’all are complaining about how they close early. They do have a truck to make at 5pm. The post office on Sunset is open til 9pm. At least when the normal worker is there she not carrying on conversations with the customers making the wait time longer, I wish she was there more often, unlike the young lady in the middle cubicle adomika who help me today. She too personal in my business. She slow and need to be told to pick up her pace. Also the white boy is an employee who is always there talking to her around 4:50pm, while she dealing with customers need to stop going uncheck it not professional neither. Too much much talking, while we wait.

The post office lost my son's government documents and no one is responsible for this issue. I did a claim for missing mail and got a reference number. I tried to get a new set of documents that were lost/ stolen by the post office and it is a nightmare. I have to go through so many hoops and still can't get it. Have to wait 2 months to get all the documents needed but it's alright for the post office to get it lost or steal it and no one cares. I call the post office and they say it's ok just get another document reissued and your fine. They this it's so easy to do so.

Absolutely ridiculous. If your posted hours say you close at 5:00 PM, then you should still be serving customers until 5:00 PM—not locking the doors 20 minutes early because people want to go home. I had an important package that I needed for work. Tracking showed it was delivered, and I rushed over there, arriving at 4:40 PM, only to find the doors already locked. What is the point of having business hours if employees are going to ignore them? This is a government service. People rely on it for important documents, packages, and time-sensitive matters. Closing early is unprofessional, disrespectful, and a waste of people’s time. If the hours say 5:00 PM, then stay open until 5:00 PM. Do your job and respect the hours you advertise, if not quit your your job if it’s so miserable that you need to go home right away.
