- DLDiana LeemanMay 1, 20262.0Been a few weeks, no mail in the box but my emails show what mail is coming. Finally I learn why the mail isn't there. It's not being delivered due to broken mail box door to the case. No note, no communication. Stopped by the Olive St location asked for my mail, told it isn't sorted, and came back after probably 15 min to hand me junk mail. None of the important mail I've already seen and have received. Help me understand the disorganization, lack of communication and lack of care to those of us customers. Please!
