Lady at the counter was rude, wasn’t helpful, and acted like it was my fault for either dropping in the bin or shipping at that post office at all. I will not be back. I highly recommend not using this post office

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please ensure staff coverage or at least communicate closures properly.

The posted opening time is 9:30 AM, yet I waited nearly an hour with two crying children and the employee never showed up. There was no sign on the door, no update, and no attempt to communicate the delay. When I asked Albertsons staff about it, I was told this is a repeated issue and that the employee is “late all the time.” If that’s the case, then this is no longer an isolated incident—it’s a management failure. Customers should not have to waste their time or stand outside with children waiting on unreliable staff. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a federal service. I expect this issue to be addressed. At the very least, there needs to be accountability and consistent staffing so customers aren’t left waiting like this again.
