Then the lady said I don’t know what you’re here for rudely and all I said was I’m just here to pick up my mail.Than she proceeded to announce to the whole store that they can’t give mail to anyone who doesn’t have their address on your ID This is pathetic customer service and there is absolutely no reason to be rude for someone who is just here to get their mail and leave. 0/10 would NOT recommend this place for your business. Do better with how you talk to your customers

The person at the mail window disappeared for an hour and no one knows where they went! A long line formed and everyone was complaining, but no one cared at all！
- AGAlma GemeaApr 27, 20261.0This is the worst office in the entire Nevada. I don't mean to be evil or criticize without basis - but the lines are ETERNALLY LONG. I take photos of the queue each time I am here and they have absolutely no regard for people's times. The post people take so long, or understaffed I don't know but it always takes forever to take packages, secondly the mailmen - I have almost lost one package - had to chase the mail person, and then now I had asked to reschedule my package, I got an email confirmation and now suddenly they said it need to get my package again and pick it up! The mailman left no paper at my door - They are SO SLOW. INCONSISTENT AND UNRELIABLE they drive me insane!!!! This is not to merely do a bad review - but please Postmaster or head of the USPS please do something about this!!!
