- HHHeather H*4 days ago1.0If I could give less stars I would. This post office ALWAYS has a long slow moving line. Theres literally 1 person at the shipping counter and 27 people in line. The employees at this location are always rude and act bothered by their job.
- MMMason McderpJun 30, 20261.0Holy smokes the pick up only line has only one employee who operates very slowly. Having to wait an hour in line as soon as they open really blows. Even worse the only reason I'm here is I've had no mail for a month so have to ask someone to investigate.

This place is a disgrace, embarrassment and should be rebuilt from the "foundation" up! Don't say it's a money issue... We are rapidly approaching $1.00 to mail a card and $14 dollars to mail a t-shirt. You had the capability and experience to destroy Amazon..What did you do? You rested on your Laurels and settled. So now we have to deal with it, like at the Russell and Buffalo branch. I'm a positive person, it's never too late to change and regain back the respect, integrity and loyalty of the American people. 🇺🇸 Your trucks have all those colors!!! Thanks for listening. - CCCOdeNAmeRHinoJun 11, 20265.0I recently have been mailing a lot of certified letters for work, sometimes upto 40 at once, while that would test anyone's patience, the staff here is always very nice and professional, even halfway through a massive stack, they’re still smiling and joking around, which in turn keeps me from freaking out for holding up the line lol altho once the line starts snaking around the corner I can start to see the panic peak through 😂 anyways, this location has fantastic customer service!
