I visited this location on August 24, 2026, and it was the best-looking USPS location I’ve ever been to. A special mention goes to Angel, she was absolutely amazing and helped me with my passport. The line moved quickly, and everyone was very kind and attentive.

had a very disappointing experience at this post office. This was my first time renewing my passport and changing my last name, and I specifically explained to the employee that I was unfamiliar with the process and needed help making sure I had everything correct. The employee assisting me was a Spanish-speaking Latina, as am I, which no honestly made the experience even more disappointing. As a Latina myself, I would have expected more understanding, patience, and kindness, especially when I was clearly asking for help and explaining that I was unfamiliar with the process. Unfortunately, her attitude was very rude and unhelpful. I understand that it is ultimately my responsibility to make sure my paperwork is completed correctly, and I take responsibility for missing a signature. However, when a customer explains that it is their first time going through the process and asks for assistance, I believe the employee should make an effort to guide them and verify that everything required has been completed. My passport application was returned because of the missing signature, meaning I now have to go through the process again and deal with additional delays that could potentially have been avoided if someone had simply taken a moment to help me verify everything. I’m not expecting anyone to do the paperwork for me. I’m simply expecting basic customer service, patience, and professionalism. This was an important process for me, and I left feeling like I was completely on my own. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds employees that helping customers especially those who openly explain that they need guidance is part of providing good customer service.

This location is always been for our go-to passport renewal location. In the past my experiences were just so-so. But yesterday 08/18 03.30pm appointment was so fantastic. It was for my son, Jayden passport renewal. Friendly service and super quick. Of course i had everything ready. Form filled up, brought copies and checkbook. Try to get everything ready.. you save their time and yours! Thank you so much for the lady who assisted us.

I had to wait about 2 hours after my appointment time to get my passport despite that they still get five stars because of the customer service. I'd gladly wait 2 hours again 😅
