The staff here are always nice and helpful. They have what I’ve needed for mailing. I like that it’s the airport location so packages leaving town ship out faster and they are open late! What I don’t like is the really rough parking lot that should be resurfaced. This location is also close to Sunset Park and has various people walking around nearby, although no one ever approached me onsite and I do feel safe there.

The office workflow appears to be unnecessarily inefficient. The passport processing station is located approximately 20 feet away from the waiting area, requiring the sole attendant to repeatedly walk back and forth between customers and the workstation. Relocating the check-in station closer to where applicants are seated would reduce unnecessary movement, improve efficiency, and allow the attendant to assist more people in less time. Additionally, because one employee is responsible for managing multiple applicants, the office would benefit from clear visual aids, such as step-by-step signage, document checklists, and queue instructions. These resources would help customers prepare before reaching the counter, reduce repetitive questions, minimize processing delays, and improve the overall customer experience. It's also confusing when you walk in, sure if you been here before you know what to do, but as a new patron - no signs were available to help me know where to go. I have no idea where I am in line, everything is done by paperwork, a computer system that people sign in as a walk in / appointment would be beneficial. Also, it's only getting hotter, no visible water fountain, nothing and the Air conditioning can't keep up. As a disabled person that needs reasonable accommodation, this is unacceptable. I tried to ask a staff member where I am in line, she walked away from me and ignored me completely.

Did a walk in passport for my son today. My husband and I had to be present to get his passport as our son is 2 years old. We waited about 1 hour for the whole process. They were very organized and nice when we were in the process of it all. My advice is to read ahead, get all your proper documentation and fill out everything before you go to make it an easy process. Recommend walk in passport services here!

Please tell me..why I am looking at a tracking number ftom the V.A. hospital and it looks as if the carrier did indeed pick up the batch of rx's but this location has yet to accept the v.a. packages that were picked up on 02.23.2026. How long are you all going to let prescription medication sit in the back from the V.A. hospital before you all decide to process them in as "accepted"...so they can be on their way to its rightful place? Goin on 24 hours and YET not a single movement on that batch. Why the V.A. still uses USPS is beyond me..because if they don't care about timely processing our packages then the V.A. needs to cut the strings .. My tracking number was submitted elsewhere also to show proof this is still broken... I'm just glad the "pending acceptance" is listed on our tracking page.. Giving V.A. packages priority..that was and still is a bold lie!!!
