- JSJakob SmithMay 7, 20261.0Extremely rude customer service. I asked for assistance from the clerk (older oriental lady) and she said there is a line, so I need to attempt to box the item myself. I wasn’t sure how to do it right, so I tried asking for help from her. She declined to help, and said “it’s self explanatory, you can do it yourself”. A kind lady from the line helped me instead. Truly awful experience, and I will pray for this lady so that she gets some more kindness in her life. She seems miserable :(
