- LLLynn Acosta LeeJun 22, 20261.0Would it kill them to plant a tree, clean up the dead plants and weeds? Be sure to bring your window shade in the heat, this place looks like its deserted, trash cans overflowing and parking lot radiates heat.
- VLVonn and Jeff LubyJun 20, 20261.0Very short staffed all the time. Very long wait lines if you are picking up packages or mail. Very long lines if you need to mail. This is has continued to be the worst post office location I have ever dealt with.
- WAWilliam AndraeJun 19, 20262.0I live on 1115 Warm Canyon Way 89123 and our street mailbox has had a notification for close to weeks notifying the residents on our street that the two boxes are broke and we will have too go to the office on Pebble when we query the employees they cannot tell us when the boxes will be in operation once again. This is very inconvenient to go wait for an hour before someone assist you and their is nothing wrong with the boxes other than the outgoing so why has the mail not being delivered as adjoins streets are working.

- FFFraserJun 3, 20261.0Do not drop your packages off here without an acceptance scan, twice I don’t get scans until it’s in another state, and recently they completely lost 2 packages I dropped off at the same time next to the clerk where they take prepaid Mail Drop offs. I attempted to go in to office after 2 weeks to inquire and the clerk who answered the door didn’t even attempt to check or help me, just forwarded me to the plant on sunset. Someone might think to escalate to a supervisor but I used to work for the post office as a carrier and the supervisors are useless, I would have to light a fire under them with their “postal officers” to commit a investigation which I will attempt once the missing mail request comes up empty. Either the packages were stolen at this office or they having collecting dust on a rack. Never had this problem at any other USPS, I usually use St Rose USPS and they are always on top of it.
