Easy to park. Easy to just put mail in and there was no line if you needed service

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this USPS location. I requested a mailbox key change, and meanwhile, a package of mine was marked as delivered on July 17 and supposedly left in my mailbox. For the next two weeks, I went to this USPS location more than five times to try to resolve the issue. Every time, I was told that the package was supposed to be in the mailbox and that I should come back after the carrier had been contacted. I was repeatedly told that a note would be left for the carrier, but nothing was resolved. After finally receiving my new mailbox keys two weeks later, I checked the mailbox myself, and the package was not there. I called USPS again, and I was told that there was nothing they could do because the tracking showed the package as delivered. They again said they would leave a note for the carrier, but the carrier never provided me with a key or located my package. Throughout this entire process, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and had an attitude toward me both in person and over the phone. When I explained that I did not have direct contact with the shipper and needed USPS's help locating my package, I was told that they could do nothing and that I needed to contact the shipper. The call ended with the employee hanging up on me. My package was valuable, and it is now apparently missing. After repeatedly visiting the office, making phone calls, and following every instruction I was given, I still have no answers or resolution. This has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I've ever had with USPS.

Was absolutely rude to my husband. He was on the wrong side of the line and the Clerk wanted to be a smart and then tell him way after her nice LONG conversation with a carrier. With no one there, then became a line. Said she would help him next. Instead went to back. was absolutely rude, thankful nice hispanic clerk that apologized. I can see why this location has a two star.
