I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this USPS location and the handling of my P.O. Box and mail forwarding situation.
I rented a P.O. Box on May 18, 2026, submitted multiple Change of Address requests, completed the required identity verification steps, and have spent the past month consistently checking my P.O. Box and following up with USPS regarding missing mail.
Since June 2–3, I have gone to this location almost every day to check my box and ask whether any mail is being held for me. I have received some forwarded mail, but many important pieces of mail that should have arrived have not appeared. I have repeatedly asked for clarification regarding my Change of Address requests, which verification was completed, which address was processed, where my mail is being routed, and whether anything has been returned to senders. I have not received clear answers.
I was recently informed there may be multiple P.O. Boxes or conflicting information associated with my account, creating even more confusion. I need USPS to explain where my mail has been going since May 18, why my forwarding requests have not been properly handled, and whether my mail has been returned or improperly routed.
I finally contacted USPS Customer Service and requested an investigation. During that call, while I was explaining the ongoing frustration, stress, and concern caused by not receiving my mail, the representative I spoke with was chuckling and laughing throughout the conversation. I felt dismissed and did not feel that my concerns were treated with the seriousness, professionalism, or empathy expected when dealing with someone’s personal and potentially sensitive mail.
I also want to address concerns regarding my experiences at the location. I have observed behavior from some front counter employees that felt unprofessional, including inappropriate music and joking around while assisting customers. I also encountered an individual assisting at the counter who was not clearly identifiable as USPS staff, which raised concerns about professionalism and customer trust.
I have an active USPS customer service case (#89707764), and I am requesting a full investigation, accountability, and a refund for services that I have paid for but have not been able to properly use.
This is not a complaint based on one interaction. This is after an entire month of repeatedly attempting to resolve a serious issue involving my personal mail and receiving no clear explanation. I hope USPS management reviews this matter and provides answers regarding my mail, my P.O. Box services, and the handling of my Change of Address requests.

Veloce e semplice.

I’m not sure why this location has so many negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
While the surrounding area may not be the nicest, the post office itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained. There was a long line, but that’s pretty typical for most USPS locations across the country, so I wasn’t surprised.
Overall, I had a great experience and didn’t encounter any issues. The staff was courteous, answered my questions, and made the process as smooth as possible. Based on my visit, I would definitely recommend this location.

Every time I go in here I dread it. I am racially profiled by the African American lady and man that work there normally. They give me attitude and sarcasm. They purposely make you wait and take their time chit chatting. When they are both sitting back there one of them is only working. They will also yell at you if you walk up to the counter too soon. I leave feeling annoyed every time. This time I left without getting my address changed bc he made me fill a new form out. Then wanted me to wait in line a second time. I had to drive out of the way just to take care of my business. They both should be fired for their poor work performance and attitudes. They strive to feel better about themselves by trying to bring others down.

This is such a terrible USPS location. Incredibly long lines and slow workers. There was only one clerk in the front, and a line that stretched to the entrance already. A second clerk showed up and I swear she was stalling to avoid taking me as a customer. Slowly rearranging papers and stapling them, then putting them aside and under the table and bring it back up to the table. Right when the first clerk finished with the customer and called me forward she was magically available and called the next customer right after.
It honestly felt targeted and felt entirely personal based on her biases.
Also, this post office is clearly in worse shape than other offices. I was at the Russell Road location earlier and it was way cleaner and less depressing
