- HHHernan1 day ago5.0Everybody was really helpful with a missing package, from clerks to a couple of delivery drivers I chatted with, to the lady that answered the phone. Very professional, courteous and sometimes even above and beyond. I’m surprised knowing the reputation USPS has at how they helped me with this issue.
- SSSara1 day ago1.0My Amazon delivery hub has been broken for two weeks in my apartment complex. I tried to report it and spoke to Michael Warner Who informed me? that my parcels were delivered to the parcel locker in the apartment complex next-door to mine he told me I had two options to go to their leasing office to retrieve my package, which is not possible I already checked, or he would try to get the mailman to retrieve the packages and deliver them to me, but it was not guarantee. He was extremely condescending to me on the phone And seemed that he really didn’t wanna help me He didn’t raise his voice, but was definitely Belittling me as he spoke I just need the post office to do their job so I can get my packages Michael Warner said he was a supervisor I would appreciate if he supervised and get me my packages I will take this post down and stop posting as soon as I get my mail and the post office does their job
