Can't even write down my address correctly to go get my mail because our community boxes are broken and we are forced to go to the post office. The obese and rude black lady not even in uniform pulled the slip from who was helping me, said "you ain't gotta say shit to 'em" and then gave the slip to a tall black gentleman who proceeded to look for the incorrect address. It was incredibly rude when I just had a pleasant interaction with the other slightly overweight black lady. I was in a positive mood and asked how she was doing today. Simple stuff. Tall black gentleman took a while but after getting the CORRECT address number he retrieved my mail without issue. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you're forced to go like I was due to broken community mailboxes on my street. RIDICULOUS

This is hands down the absolute worst post office branch in existence. The front desk staff are completely incompetent, extraordinarily rude, and lack basic human decency, let alone customer service skills. When I asked to speak with someone about an ongoing issue on 9/1/26 at 12:28 PM, the woman at the counter was completely dismissive, condescending, and utterly useless. Your hiring standards must be in the gutter if you are employing people who are this utterly incapable of doing their jobs. To top off the gross incompetence, I am the property manager for my complex and requested a manager key—a request your staff completely ignored and left on read. On top of that, the new delivery driver you assigned is a total disaster. Do your jobs, fire the dead weight, and fix this abysmal operation immediately.

Years dropping mail at post office 26, trust 2. Closing office at nights understandable, mail falling out of box priceless last night. Suspect failed emptying of the box since afternoon closure. They had two boxes outside, now only one. Is anyone in charge?

It closed early! This place has always been filthy unfortunately the people are underpaid and understaffed so they're unfriendly unprofessional and didn't have enough workers so they closed early. This is pretty normal here. Sad

The dude (black female who acts like a dude) was incredibly rude. Dude gets paid a ridiculous Government salary to sit on the job (doing absolutely nothing), yet couldn't manage to have a normal conversation with me about a package which the Post Office failed to deliver to me. I was the ONLY customer at the post office (why is the post office still open to in-person interactions?), and as I approached the counter the dude said "Yo"... I handed the slip to the dude, who instantly said "We ain't got it"... The dude then sat at the counter staring at me, until I finally got them to explain, that the package was returned to the sender 2 days earlier... When I asked the dude to check if the package was still there, as the sender confirmed, the dude made a huge fuss of it, walked to the back for all of 1.1 seconds, came back and said "I told you we ain't got it"... I've met horrible Postal Workers before, but this dude was absolutely the worst I have ever encountered...
