- HRHonest ReviewMay 9, 20261.0Susan is horrible. She would not let us ship a package that has lithium batteries INSIDE equipment. She states that they cannot go on air transportation. However showing her from the USPS website, it literally states mailable by air. She refused to acknowledge it and stated she doesn't know and would not get a manager at all that knows their job and can read. This package was going to an area that experienced a natural disaster, so I'm sure she will sleep better at night knowing that.

- ECE CottonApr 24, 20262.0This facility needs more staff. I have gone there at various times and it is so packed it's chaotic. Lines move fairly quickly, but they are usually out-the-door, so waits can be very long. Most forms for various tasks are not available, so they can't be filled out ahead of time.
