Went to this post office and the older female employee in the middle working station of three female employees was unnecessarily rude and needs extensive training in professionalism and customer service. Remember, it’s because of customers like myself that you have a job and if you cannot interact appropriately with people in the service industry that you work in then perhaps find a different job. Another female employee told us incorrect information and we had to return a second time only to find out the business letterhead that we were told to bring in was incorrect. At least the female employee who told us incorrect information made an attempt to find a solution, so we wouldn’t have to return a third time. When the female employee who was helping us showed the older female employee in the middle working station the business letterhead we were told to bring in, she sarcastically told us this (business letterhead) was common sense. As a highly educated person, I followed the information I was told by your female postal employee that was incorrect. So, to the older female employee in the middle working station, check your attitude at the front door before you go to work. Your obnoxious attitude and unprofessional behavior is on notice and know that karma knows everyone’s address. I will not ever return to this location!
