- IBIrene BimelJun 17, 20265.0I find this group very helpful and friendly. Tho this location is always crowed and if you’re going to complain it begins with the “post master”. At times when the line is out the door he/she should be out there helping for those who may just need stamps etc. Break the line down into sections and confirm the people are prepared. So many times I see folks get to the window and don’t have the proper paper work completed. They send them to the counter to complete and then just walk right up to the window. People need to be prepared so the clerks can do their job efficiently as well. Quit placing all the blame on them.

I’ve never been to this post office before so I asked a question and she looked at me like I was dumb. I love USPS, will continue to use USPS, but why do they pick terrible people to be the face for their customers?
